Registration will close Saturday 2/27 at 8pm - no registrations will be accepted after.

Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds/credits will be issued 30 days after the registrar receives the request. A full refund will be given to those who provide the registrar notice they are dropping out before classes begin; half tuition credit will be issued for notice given between the first and second weeks of class. After the second week there are no refunds/credits, except where the dog or handler have become incapacitated. A note from your Vet or Doctor documenting the injury is required before a credit can be given. Credits issued must be used within 6 months or are forfeit.

Volunteers must create their account on this system using the login in the upper right hand of this screen.  Once the account is created please email pcotcreg@gmail.com.  A registrar will inform you once your volunteer status has been verified and added to your account. Discounts:

1) Rescue or Shelter dog: If this is the first class for a dog adopted from a shelter or rescue facility within the past 12 months, there is a $50 discount. You must mail (or email pcotcreg@gmail.com) a copy of your shelter or rescue agreement.  Once the documents have been received you will be refunded $50.  Please include a copy of your invoice.

2) Multiple course discount: Only available to Volunteer Members. The discount cannot be applied to half-sessions or 4 week classes. The same handler must enroll in all their courses at the same time; they must all be in this session. If you are registering for more than 2 courses in this session, there is a discount for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc course as follows: volunteer rates for each class and then 11% off your total for 3 classes, 16% off your total for 4 classes, 20% off your total for 5 classes and 22% for 6 or more classes.
