Adobe Lightroom Workshop (Adults)
Description
This 2-meeting workshop will cover the 5 modules of Adobe Lightroom. You will learn detailed workflow; including cataloging, keywording, and creating collections based on all metadata. Attendees will learn how to edit their photography and make adjustments to all file formats, including RAW and JPG files that will be perfect for printing and exporting. Learn advanced exporting; including batch processing of RAW files, exports to Facebook, Smugmug, Picassa, and other online services. At the end of the workshop you will have the tools to keep your images organized, and archived. Optional Textbook will be discussed in class. This is a lecture workshop with demonstrations. Computers with Lightroom are not available. Not required: students may bring their own laptops running Adobe Lightroom to use as a point of reference. A $25 lab fee is payable to the instructor the first day of class.
Instructor: Nate Donovan is a freelance photographer with a teaching credential in Commercial Photography. He has been teaching hands on photography throughout the western United States in conjunction with the National and State Park system. www.DonovanPhotography.net
