Asian Foods Made Light (Adult)

Description

Explore different Asian culinary cultures; Chinese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Malaysian/Singapore, and Indonesian by joining Cecilia in her recipe packed class. The emphasis will be to take classical recipes and made them healthier and lighter. Recipes will be nutritionally sound. Each class will focus on a different culinary culture. This class is a combination of demonstation and hands on. Fee includes all supplies. Bring a kitchen towel and containers for leftovers. ONE NIGHT OPTION! Fee of $48 (To register for one night or to view class menu go on-line to www.spadining.com. If you decide to enroll in the three night series, $48 will be returned.)
