Stay Healthy - Cook With SUPER FOODS (Adult)
Description
What are "SUPER" foods and their benefits? Cecilia will explain what diseases they can help prevent and show you how to incorporate these foods in your daily life. There will be a different menu each week. This class will focus weekly on a specific group of super foods including berries, beans, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower), soy (tofu, tempeh), green, leafy vegetables (chard, kale, spinach), whole grains (oats, Quinoa, bulgar, brown rice), tropical fruits, peppers, citrus fruits, wild salmon, nuts and seeds. All supplies are included in the fee. Bring a towel and container for leftovers. ONE NIGHT OPTION! Fee of $48 (To register for one night or to view class menu, go on-line to www.spadining.com. If you decide to enroll in the three night series, $48 will be returned.)
